To unlock Advanced Skills, you must learn the closest Normal Skill(s).
To unlock Legendary Skills, you must learn the closest Improved Skill(s).

Learning any skill requires 1 talent point.
Talent points are obtained through rebirths, how many points and at what rebirth are given out is a secret.
Distribute available points carefully, you can reset points with an item "Talent Reset Key"
